Is Cellular Healing right for you?

People come to Cellular Healing with very different diagnoses, symptoms and histories. The diagnosis itself isn't what determines whether this work is appropriate. What matters is what you're experiencing now, how it is affecting your life, and what you would like to experience differently.

Cellular Medicine Treats the Whole Person

Your physicians and other healthcare providers treat your medical or mental health condition.

Cellular Healing works with you - the person living through it - and with the patterns your body may have developed through illness, pain, treatment, trauma, stress or prolonged uncertainty.

A body can become very good at protecting itself. It can learn to brace, anticipate, conserve, stay alert or prepare for what might happen next. Sometimes those responses remain even as circumstances change.

That's where Nina's work begins.

What would you like to be different?

You may want to feel less consumed by what's happening in your body.

You may want to sleep more easily, have more energy available for your actual life, stop anticipating the next symptom, or feel less afraid of what your body might do next.

Maybe you want to respond differently to something you've understood intellectually for years but still feel physically.

Or perhaps you simply want to feel more at home in yourself again.

You and Nina will decide together what you want to work toward. That becomes the focus of your series.

A few words from people Nina has worked with

Before developing Cellular Healing, Nina spent more than twenty years in clinical practice as a licensed acupuncturist.

What Does the Process Look Like?

First, we talk

Before you commit to Cellular Healing, we'll meet for a fifteen-minute conversation on Zoom.

I want to hear what is happening. We'll talk about why you're considering this work, what you've been living with, what you've already tried and what you would like to be different.

You can ask me questions, too. I want you to understand the work well enough to decide whether it makes sense to you.

I'm also deciding whether I believe Cellular Healing is appropriate for what you're bringing to me. Sometimes it won't be. If I don't think I'm the right person for you, I'll tell you.

If we both want to continue, we'll schedule your first session.

The Cellular Healing Series

We begin with a fifteen-minute conversation.

If you and Nina decide to work together, you'll establish the focus and goals for your series. Each session builds upon the last, while your current circumstances and needs are taken into account along the way.

Your first session gives the series its direction

We meet privately on Zoom, so you can be somewhere comfortable in your own home.

At the beginning of our work together, we'll get clear about what you want from the series. We may be working with a health condition, chronic pain, the effects of something you've lived through, or a pattern that continues to affect your body and your life. Whatever brings you to Cellular Medicine, we'll identify the goals that will guide our work over the coming weeks.

Those goals become the structure for the series.

That doesn't mean we ignore what is happening in your life or body on the day we meet. Your condition may change. Something important may happen between sessions. You may notice something we couldn't have anticipated when we began. All of that matters, and I'll take it into account as I guide the work.

But we aren't choosing a new problem to solve every time we meet. Each session builds on the last and remains connected to what we agreed we are working toward.

During the session, I guide you into a deeply restful state. You remain awake and aware throughout. You don't need to know how to meditate, clear your mind or make anything happen.

Your job is not to do Cellular Healing correctly. We pay attention to what is actually there and work within the direction we've established together.

You don't have to come prepared

You don't need a perfect explanation of your problem. You don't need to know where a pattern started. You don't need to arrive calm, optimistic or particularly good at talking about yourself.

Part of our initial work is figuring out what matters most to you and translating that into a clear focus for the series.

You also don't need to tell me every detail of your history in order for us to begin. Come with what you know. We'll start there.

What Happens after the fourth session?

We return to the goals we established at the beginning.

What has changed? What hasn't? What are you noticing now that you weren't noticing six weeks ago? Has the thing we came together to work on shifted? Is there something that still feels unfinished?

Sometimes four sessions are enough for the work someone came to do. Sometimes what becomes apparent during the process makes additional work useful.

I don't want you continuing because you've been placed on an indefinite schedule or because you're afraid to stop.

If additional sessions make sense, we'll talk about what we're seeing, what we would be continuing to work toward and why. Then we'll decide together.

The process is always a collaboration.

Start with Fifteen minutes

You don't have to decide today whether Cellular Healing will work for you or whether you're ready for six weeks of anything.

Start with a conversation.

Tell me what's happening and what you would like to be different. Ask me your questions. I'll tell you what I think and whether I believe Cellular Healing is appropriate for you.

If we decide to work together, we'll establish what we're working toward and build the series around that.
